Profile filling strips and blocks are required for sealing the trapezoidal sheets. This prevents draughts and thermal bridges. The material is polyethylene foam with a closed cell structure. This makes it resistant to rot and damage by rodents and birds. It also prevents the ingress of windblown rain, snow, dust, etc.

We can also manufacture profile fill blocks of non-combustible quality, in accordance with DIN 4102 A1. EPDM can be used in aggressive environments or in places where high temperatures occur. High-Density Polyethylene foam is used if the profile fill strip requires higher rigidity.
